Who We Are
The Allegheny Link provides Coordinated Entry as the single access point for the Allegheny County Continuum of Care. The Allegheny Link strives to simplify and streamline access to any and all homeless and housing services through a fair and equitable lens. Households experiencing homelessness and/or their advocates to access services such as emergency shelter, rental assistance, and screen for longer term homeless housing programs using the Allegheny Housing Assessment tool.
What We Do
- Helps navigate affordable housing resources
- Assists with resource connections to any and all supports and services leading to housing stability
- Assists households experiencing housing instability or eviction with assessment and referrals to prevention programs and services
- Assists households experiencing homelessness and/or their advocates to access services such as emergency shelter, rental assistance, and screen for longer term homeless housing programs using the Allegheny Housing Assessment tool
